Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of our products and for the health and safety of our customers, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on fragrances, body oils, body butters, perfumes, or any other personal care products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect
  • Missing an item

Please contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order so we can make it right.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and packaging

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet these requirements.
